Monthly prices excluding VAT. Billing is prepaid: you top up a balance by card, the plan fee is drawn from it on your renewal date and overage is drawn from the same balance as it accrues. No subscription to cancel: if you stop topping up, the plan simply ends.
Overage costs more per request than the plan it extends and stops at your plan price, so the most a month can ever cost is double. If you are paying overage two months running, the next plan up is cheaper.

Prepaid, so you can never be surprised

You spend a balance you have already funded. There is no credit line, no invoice at the end of the month and no way to owe us money. Top up from €19; surplus stays on your balance.

Cards, because everyone has one

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Link, in euros. VAT is added at checkout, EU businesses can enter a VAT number to be reverse-charged, and every top-up comes with a VAT invoice.

The fee is drawn, not charged

On your renewal date the monthly fee comes off the balance. If the balance is short the plan lapses and live keys answer 402 until you top up again; test keys keep working.

Automatic only if you ask

Payments are one-off unless you switch on automatic top-ups, which recharge a saved card when the balance falls below a level you set. Off by default, and off again the moment you say so.

Good questions. Clear answers.

When do I pay?

Up front, into a balance. Your account and test keys are free; live data needs a plan. Top up by card, pick a plan and the first month is drawn from the balance immediately. On each renewal date the next month is drawn the same way.

What happens if I exceed my allowance?

Past the daily allowance (a tenth of the monthly one) requests return 429 with a Retry-After header until midnight UTC. Past the monthly allowance they keep working as overage, billed per 1,000 requests from your balance at a rate above the plan and capped at the plan price. Prefer a hard stop? Turn on the hard cap in your dashboard and they return 429 instead.

What if my balance runs out?

Overage requests return 402 until you top up, and if the balance cannot cover the renewal on your anniversary the plan lapses. Nothing is invoiced and nothing is owed; top up and start the plan again to pick up where you left off. Automatic top-ups stop it from ever getting there.

Can I change plans?

Any time, from the dashboard. Switching draws a full month of the new plan and starts a fresh cycle from today with the full allowance. To stop, let the balance run out before the next draw; there is nothing to cancel.

How do I pay?

By card, in euros, through Stripe: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Link. Bank redirects such as iDEAL are not offered because they cannot fund automatic top-ups. Invoices, saved cards and your VAT details live in the billing portal.

Do you refund unused balance?

Surplus stays on your balance for later months. If you leave, email us from the account address and we refund what is left of your card top-ups.

Do you offer custom plans?

Yes. Need more requests, extra markets or bulk exports? Tell us in the chat and we put a plan together.
